Based out of Brighton, STUFFWELOVE is my Personal Training service specialising in functional strength, movement and calisthenics training.

My focus is to create engaging, fun and stimulating sessions that enhance your body's functionality and strength.

Whether you have a specific health goal, want to learn skills such as the muscle-up or handstand, or just want to get moving and see what you can do, I will apply a unique and fun twist to your training programme whilst guiding you towards unlocking your full physical potential.
