I offer Personal Training sessions in and around Brighton, and East Sussex. 

I train in two main gyms Fitnesshub located near London Road and Energy For Life located in Hanover. I am flexible with my training locations and I am also happy to come to a park or area that works best for you, I can also create effective sessions at your home or place of work.
